Since its launch, CoD: Warzone has experienced a number of connection and crashing issues that have no doubt soured the enjoyment of gamers everywhere. However, with over 6 million players having already downloaded and tried the game, it’s perhaps understandable while Modern Warfare Warzone is struggling. Perhaps the demand has been higher than anticipated, with servers bulking under the load. Whatever is happening, it’s clear that Warzone isn’t running entirely smoothly. So, are Call of Duty: Warzone servers down on PCPS4, and Xbox One?

At the time of writing, Call of Duty: Warzone on PC is experiencing some issues with the Blizzard Battle.net app. You can read up on that, including potential fixes, here.

As for those of you on PS4 or Xbox One, you might be seeing an installation error. Read up on our guide here for the fix. Another problem you might be facing is being locked out of the Warzone game mode. Check out our guide here for information on bypassing the lock.

As for official messaging, both developer Infinity Ward and publisher Activision have been providing information on how to deal with server stability and other issues. These tips mostly include making sure system software is up to date, clearing the cache of your system, and installing relevant drivers for both video and audio devices (on PC).

If you can’t get back to playing Warzone, even with our tips and official information, you’ll simply need to wait until servers are stable again. Unfortunately, huge demand for an online game can cause problems like this, especially during launch week.
